Sheane Hub is a women- and youth-centered enterprise operating in rural Africa. Through its sister entity, Sheane Cosmetics, the hub sources indigenous natural resources, trains local women and youth in clean beauty production and climate education, and reinvests profits into community health, skills-building, and environmental resilience programs across Ghana, Rwanda, and beyond.

We make climate education hands-on and exciting! From eco-friendly shea butter training to career talks on green jobs, we’ve reached over 300 youth in Rwanda and Ghana. Our programs show how simple actions can protect the planet and inspire the next generation of climate leaders:

Despite our pause in formal operations in early 2025 due to lack of funding, community members continued planting independently. Women planted between 10 and 100 seeds on their own farms, without supervision or pay. This behavior shift signals the emergence of long-term community ownership....

From skin and reproductive health awareness to wellness campaigns using our clean beauty products, we’ve impacted over 200 families in Ghana and Rwanda. Our programs blend traditional knowledge with modern science to promote dignity, safety, and long-term wellbeing.
